Description

Joe (David Bradley) is the American Ninja who is training a boy that he is taking care of so the boy can also be a Ninja. They need to work together to battle bad Ninjas as well as rescue Joe’s lover, who has been kidnapped. She is the daughter of a scientist and has been taken by Viper (James Lew). The boy is unafraid of weapons or anything else. He also takes on three villains at the same time, and can fly an airplane as well when attempting to get away. Master Tetsu, Joe’s mentor’s ghost (Pat Morita), appears briefly.
