A doctor, scientist, organist, and biblical scholar, Anton Phibes, seeks revenge on the nine doctors he considers responsible for his wife's death.

Prince Rudolph (Tyrone Power) travels to a Switzerland to attend an important peace summit between two enemy nations, but truth be told he's more interested in skiing than in international relations.
